fixed itemtype.dat for 4336 update

here is the fixed one for after 4336 patch.

updated 1/14/07 for quality of items/names of tactics tokens

for quality of items + tokensrenamed

or

for Tactic Tokens only

yes also shows tactic tokens again

If anyone just wants a tactics edit let me know and i'll attach that one also i know some people dont' care about items on ground and just like to see tokens.

TYVM! This helps me a lot, i dun really care about the other items, i pick up everything anyways, it can't show +1s (i know it's server sided thus impossible)

i dont think it can do that, because the server wont allow the packet that it has been dropped so it just shows nothing on the ground as if you never dropped it but its not in your inventory... so the server kinda rejects it...
