put them into a graph
THERE WILL be better boxes that work FOR EACH ACCOUNT vs another / other people.

i believe when a character is created its given certain "unseen" stats much like creating a character in AD&D etc...

having 9 characters myself, there are definitely lucky ones and unlucky ones. and things that work well for each character and not for others. ie: luckytime, reflect, a melee hit

my 3rd post. i dont know how people think its not working or thinking u need to install it? is it not in a zip folder. ok here a step by step how to use it. *** i hate holding peoples hands
step 1 open ur internet go to elitepvpers.com
step 2 go to log in and put in ur elitepvpers acc and pass.
step 3 go to forum and pick Conquer Online 2, CO2 Exploits, Hacks & Tools and pick the thread [TOOL]Lotto Box Chooser.
step 4 download the Lotto Box Chooser if u dont got winzip or winrar go to winzips site and download it.
step 5 once u have winzip installed unzip the folder Lotto Box Chooser.rar or Lotto Box Chooser.zip
step 6 once unziped or unrared click the Lotto Box Chooser.exe 2 times to open it
step 7 once opened click the button that says LOTTO it will pick a color
step 8 use ur brain and think see the colors now look at the lotto see the boxes they have the same colors
step 9 if u pick the same color as it u might get lucky
step 10 if u did all of the steps that means it works and u might have some good items
