hello
every time i try to download something it always goes to 28kb then stops and i know the download isn't finished.
And it brings me to random site

every time i try to download these kind or files it finsishes the download and thats it when i try to open it it respones like a download and asks me if i want to save it etc. do i need a sertain program to run it? sry for the noob question but im new to all this
