I find pointers to hack combo, but when I close the game and open again the pointer does not point to the right address, I find it strange because with the NSD I did and it worked

I try to search a pointer with CheatEngine in 3 game but in all the game when i open debugger it crash, i use bypass and CheatEngine is crypt whit TheMida..
I try to select all the debugger (windows, VEH Debugger, kernel debugger) but nothing, no pointer scan pls XD it found 10000 pointer °-°
How can i find they?

Ich hab mittels Pointer Scan in CheatEngine, meinen Pointer herausgefunden.
Jetzt möchte ich die Adresse in meine VB.Net Applikation übernehmen nur ich komme gerade auf die Adresse nicht klar. Die sieht so aus:
"Game.exe"+00C8D518 (dann kommen noch die ganzen Offsets;lasse ich mal aus)
Wie muss ich jetzt die Adresse berechnen?

Im trying to find a pointer to an address (XYZ coordinates for teleport hack) which is a float value.. ive been suffering for hours and hours, please help.

After finding the Z coordinate, I use cheat engine to "Find what writes to this address" and I get the following result:
EAX=4314C235
EBX=3D322F00
ECX=00000003
