help.. please restart the game to recieve new update

everytime i type my user and password and press enter these words popped up.. PLEASE RESTART THE GAME TO RECIEVE NEW UPDATES.. then cabal closes.. what to do? help anyone.. thnks.newbee here.. i used win 7

hi it´s very simple , just download WTFast thats a free GPN Programm,and just have fun<--
and now u will thinking why i should download this prog. coz u can join cabal only whit uk ip
the other contrys can´t join whitout WTFast/cyberghost/vpn etc..

and if u need more help pm me , im gona show u tutorials how to maneg this all..

Cabal version has been updated.
Don't start the game using cabalmain.exe xxxxx, use the loader (cabal.exe) and let it update your client.
