Cabal Online - UCE + some hackies question.

I stopped playing Cabal for ~1year.
Now when I came back I saw that skill-rank restriction s**t. And some friends also told me that if they catch you hacking you get perma ban on acc and all the accounts related to that IP.
Ok then now I was wondering if I can still use an UCE[which is not cracked...I'll probably do my own UCE dunno...].
For example if I have a lvl 5x char A.Expert and I want to go master I can't do it until lvl 60. I want to change my class rank and level with CE[just make the game think i'm lvl 60 class rank 7] and get Master. I think that's possible
The main question is will get banned if I do this?

Short:
I wanna use UCE. Is it possible w/o getting banned?
I want to make the game think i met the lvl/class rank requirments to rank up my skill. Will i get banned?

No they don't block ips cause most of us have dynamic ip adresses...
second CE doesnt need to be cracked it's free...

third... if someone notices you that you changed some things via uce (like range for eg) they can report you... but really... if they don't make vid of you killing nipperlug over range 15 gms won't get you banned...

AND btw that you're talking about... no... it's not possible... cause skills upgrade are not client related... server only...

actually, it could be possible. making the client think you are level 70 so you can be a.master. if you get a working bypass and have the time to test it, tell us if it works.
as i said, it may~ work.

It doesnt work,its just like when you make ur rank 159/160 with CE then u try to finish it ,you get dc.
I even tested it myself.

You can't get your account unbanned if you hacked/or used an exploit.
Otherwise send a support ticket and ask for the reason of your ban.

And don't bump old threads anymore.
