Play cabal ph outside ph!

Good eve! Can anyone help me to to play cabal ph outside the Philippines? Iam currently using hotspot shield but it has delay for atlest 5 sec. also the crit rate also affected.

you can try ultasurf or proxycap, for the proxy cap find a PH ip that can suits you,for ultrasurf you can use it directly.

anyone with updated ip hide or vpn that can connect to cabal ph from outside the PH?
I've tried hss, usurf, and smart hide but still can't connect.. It happened after their maintenance before the last patch of EP 10. Thanks
