Upgrading Super Item 01/23/2008 - Conquer Online 2 - 3 Replies Need some advice. I tried to upgrade a super wand at lvl 65 through magic artisan but he told me that he cannot upgrade the item because i don't have the required lvl to wear the item. The fact is i am currently using lvl 110 elite wand (wand skill lvl 11). (My super wand is fully repaired to the max durability by godly artisan)....
Any idea why?
