no!!!

you can play cabal NA or cabal PH while you are at the brazil, and of-course use appropriate client.
for example you want to play cabal NA while you are at brazil, you should use cabal NA client enable to play cabal NA.

some antivirus detected a vpn as a malware and i know that you are aware of that.
you cannot download the version of vpn to the site that you where linked, to the version that i uploaded. try it first to youre dummy account if wanted.
