[Guide]How to get a Nation/Rank up Quest

I do this Guide cause i see often People who ask :

"How can i get a Nation ?"
"When i can get Bike summon ?"
And more ....

How to get a Nation ? (Capella/Procyon)

To get a Nation you need to do all Story Quests .

And if you have done all previous quests ,the Quest "The Tower of Sages,Divide" should be available at lvl 95

And after this you can choice your Nation ( Capella or Procyon )

Rank up Quest

Level 10 : Combo mode
Level 20 : Battle Aura mode
Level 30 : 1st Battle Mode
Level 40 : Guild Create aviable ,Astral Board license ,you can use Battle Aura and Battle mode in the same Time,Buff time 50 % higher
Level 50 : 2nd Battle Mode, Board Chain Skill lvl 1
Level 60 : Board Chain Skill lvl 2
Level 70 : Board Chain Skill lvl 3
Level 80 : Astral Bike license, Buff Time 100% higher
Level 90 : Combo with Battle Aura mode aviable, Bike Chain Skill lvl 1
Level 100 :2nd Personal Storage Slot, Bike Chain Skill lvl 2
Level:110 :1st Battle mode with Combo mode aviable, Bike Chain Attack Skill Level 3
Level 120 : Buff Time 150% higher. Buff Quantity Limit increased to 6. Bike Chain Skill Level 4
Level 130 : 1st Battle Mode + Battle Aura Mode with Combo mode aviable. Buff Quantity Limit increased to 7
Level 140 : 2 Identical series of Buffs can be used and overlapped.Buff Quantity Limit increased to 8
Level 150 :Buff Time 200% higher. Buff Quantity Limit increased to 9
Level 160 :Buff Quantity Limit increased to 10
Level 170 :3 Identical series of Buffs can be used and overlapped

im already do are quest till The Tower of Sages.Divide any get the scroll named "the official announcement from the sage tower". i cant click on it. wht tis sroll used for?
