35+ PP
200k+ x4 or lots of gates open.
Needs to have full havoc and hercules, doesnt really matter with hercules..
Some special designs.
APIS + ZEUS.
Basic Colonol or more.
Needs to be on a Global server, like Global America 1, 2 ,3 or global europe...
OR any of the Scandinavia servers
Would be nice with a bot license ^^
But is not needed.
