It's called an incomplete database.

yes i see there some row missing in table.just like account and pass and in augent in config.ini there nothing about mysql to connect it.so the boi.sql is useless

Because u dont have db in mysql just like account and characters.Basicly this is an incomplete file.we have to do more to make this work.If it work.Then it'll have bug in script

I didn't say full server. I found these files on the chinese site and the guy made a server with this package. It's a bit larger (maybe bcz of compression method?) Btw Logsrv missing yeah, but dbserver was made me a config file after first run.
