I don't think its possible because position is calculated server side.

And no one has disclosed the movement packet yet.

when i tried Cheat Engine it's working but i want only the walking speed not everything.

i mean when you're using cheat engine where you're going to set the speed hack too fast you're unable to speak to the npc's but when u set it to x2 speed only you can still access the npc's and stuffs. sorry i didnt explained it very well

Its already explained on other threads...

Login 2 clients:
1st Client you think with speed hack...
and 2nd just normal client

Try walking in the speed hack client *it goes fast*
Then look at that speed hack character on the 2nd normal client *goes normal speed*

So yeah the reason you cant access the NPC is because you are still too far from the NPC to access it. You need to wait for the server-client to synchronize.
