I am looking for an artist who can make me a nicely looking design based on wishes and experience of the artist.
I've got some ideas that I think I will like and hope an artist can work his magic into making it a beautiful sight.

-banner
-intermission screen/afk away screen
-bars/buttons for info
-items for secondary profile sites (twitter/facebook)
Please not to expensive. My budget is limited.
