Can someone tell me what is the biggest lvl of crafting skills?

And if last lvl of crafting skill ends at 0% or at 100% of last level ?

highest is 11 about the % idk...

I have collect at 12 with one of my chars.
I heard that the max is lvl 15 + 100%

On all ? I know collecting is 15 or more, but people say that cooking and alchemy is 10 ?

btw on 10 lev collect u must kill and skin 1k mob 11 lev - 2k 12 - i think 4k ;D

this buddys system is terrible and i will write how many monster to next ^^
