There's no such rule against glitching terrain yet. It's true they might investigate and eventually remove the NPC's and most likely your item, but I highly doubt they would terminate your account, it's Webzen, not CM.

it's official in volunteers/normal forum
any noob found there either by a volunteer (reporting the name to a gm) or a gm will result in a definite bann of the account

from which cf area u can drop 2nd cf realm (the purple one) ? i thought u can drop em from 1F and upwards, but i droped 1st realm (red) part today instead o.o
