I don't think it matters. There're tons of ways to make client spit out which keys are being used. API/function hooking, IAT hooking are few of them.

For that u need to workout how to bypass protection because admin blocked CE or make own tool for searching pointers. It will be nice to make info tool too see who cheating and who not.

By .dat files if you mean texture files ALDataEditor by ACE works fine.

U just need reverse way, like on ini encrypt/decrypt, and @osiy told u ACE's DataEditor still work on justac too

I'm afraid I don't know if it's possible to pack them back together without crashing client. I'm pretty sure ACE wouldn't leave the tool unfinished unless he/she had valid reasons. Actually i'm pretty sure there's a way and i would've try to work on it but i'm kind of busy with trying to encode/decode packets. Also something not related but still relevant: you can change font of the game by replacing texture/notpacked/af1.grp with your own font file.

Update to work with itemtemplate.ini file, now you can select ini file itself.
