Chaotic Frontier and BG are actually good for PvP and crafting uniques.
Have the ice-electric-poison sets and true sets would also be more in my opinion.
LV max on the server is also important ...
After you also have to have your idea and good ideas are welcome of course...

I'll put a SVN or Deposit file in order to seek advancements.

However, if someone is enough experienced for animations integration and automatic texture integration to save us all time, just share with us here. There will be a .max file for every different animations even if it's the same : character attacking, running, ransacking and so.

- 1 basic 3d model with textures on, in .max.
- several animations for this model (attacks, skills specifics, died ...) in .max.

I'll add the texture application method tonight, it's simply manual adding.

It's already supported.

The people who want to contribute by helping on thoses files, i added a Mercurial repository up to 2 Gb.
Remember, you must upload only renamed .max files, not textures since they are all the same.

HG Mercurial Client is needed to use the repository, it's public access if you want to download, however if you want to be able to upload the work you did, send me a PM with your name when registered on Bitbucket.

Read only for non registered users.




EDIT:

Character folder uploaded, you can work on it but don't upload textures files, assign textures on the model and save as .max file, delete the old one and send. (don't forget, textures must be on same folder than the .max file to recognize immediately on every environment)

Pretty simple, but we need to be a bunch.

Small tutorial to assign efficiently textures since there can be several textures to apply on different objects: (start at 3:40)


EDIT 2:

In the Animation content, there is .ean files and .rws files.

.EAN - Effect Animation
.RWS - Renderware Sound :

I'll be looking to try to make screenshots of advancement the next week-end.

Don't hesistate to ask yours comrades or peoples who knows Renderware, to help us all.
On some .ean files there is on top of file on Notepad++ written Dummy01 and Dummy03, that's written on somes others games that are running on Renderware.

As well the world map files are .dff files and .aff files that needs to be extracted on another quickbms script, they are quite different and would be quite good to have thoses to see the real exact world.

hey guys,

does somebody knows how to use the *.ma1 & *.ma2 files?

these are the latest files i need to rebuild the whole world of Archlord.

i have done yet:

all Characters with texture as *.fbx
all Objects with textures as *.fbx
all Item Databases & Textures
all Skill Databases & Textures
all Sounds
all UI Elements

I Use Unreal Engine 4 and need the last thing to complete my Project to remake Archlord The Dark Revelation.

If someone could help pls write me

waste of time.. you can just edit armors nothing else ..this doesnt mean will be a new emulator .. just new addons .. ..start to emulate justac server if you want a private server... use ida pro/wpe pro/olydbg and a db mysql ,mssql,or mongodb its the best in this moment/login and gameserver can be build in 1 console and can take just 500 mb of rams or more low rams..my opinion dont waste your time!!!

First, Unreal Engine isn't made for mmo out of the box.
The networking part allows you to be up to 64-100 players which is not suitable for this kind of game.

Second, the .ma2 and .ma1 are .dff and .aff files that needs to be extracted like quickbms.
Why even bother to go on another project when we are more advanced on archlord online ?

That's your opinion but reversing that game is a non-sense because i want to be able to add features and go in a way that justac can't go ... a self-evolving game.

What do you honestly think is the max. timeframe for this AL (Mk2) to be up and running?

Some definite interest hereabouts. Justfuk lost me a long time ago.
