You need Proof of Winner for them. 15 Proof of Winner = this potions, 10 Proof of Winner for aother potion (idk stats) and for 5 Proof of Winner there is another potion aswell ( i think ele resi). U have to exchange them by the Battle squere NPC.

and yes antimagic stops the effect like it does to everything. antimagic is bugged it should not even be removing them buffs just charcter/party buffs. way back in the day it used to work correctly back in CM and for a short time in webzen.
