I used to play in Cyripus world during Codemasters time and I think I played few times in Archon world in Webzen

Is this game still active because I see many different opinions.

Also is mage still good?

When u r looking for an actiev server then come to Urzark. There we don't have probs with cheaters. And at Siege, RvR and SG we still have alot of fun.

As Marci said, Mage is realy epic now. To epic for my taste. Now every1 start to play Archer or Mage

However, if you play a class you like, you'll enjoy yourself much more than picking a class based on a list.

if you want to start and dont need best stuff for beginning i would say sorc could be cool

... its fast and easy lvling i think and later you will be also abel to play without wc **** items and you be not the worst

maby with lumen stuff (sb ignor >20% annd insane ice dmg and other **** full dmg could be cool and abel to kill knight )

I'm a true hipster - I'm playing ele before it's cool XD
Mage is strong and a great dd, thanks to the skill revamp which occured a while ago now even partially tankish

Imo playing mage or archer, i mean starting now with those chars, are just easy way Unless it's Your gaming style. People should play classes they enjoy, not only those overpowered to 'pwn *****'. Just like I play my paper sorc ;p

On the other side ull get great swash/ele equip almost for free and one day they will do another skill revamp for elves again. Knight/Archer/Mage stuff is almost impossible to get and if, then its overpriced as hell.

I do like Swashbuckler also but I don't want to be one-two-three shot to everyone...

It's not that they are THAT bad. They can tank quite well, especially against critical classes.

The thing is that a swashbuckler is a difficult class to build and play. It requires alot of thought to be valuable and good. Most people don't like it when they have to think.

Which is why there are so many spamknights and mages

Mage is easy to take down by an archer but ye Humans have gotten very overpowered.
