I lost all my chars

I lost all my chars from Tullan after merge , i have logged them all before transfer. Any good reason for this ?

Also : i have had full chars on zian server before this merge , and also on america ( 9 chars on america and 3 on europe zian ) after i merged , 6 chars came only , and only from serend and gracia , the tullan ones just didn't come .

PS: i wait usefull answers not like the first bellow ^_^ from Ghostx90 , and as answer : playing for 5 years taught me something : i cannot get anything from webzen , so i feel this is a useless comment, what you have just made bro sorry.

we cant do anything mate, u can only send a ticket to webzen with all information. Btw its a wrong forum, u should post it on webzen forum.

hes right lol what are we going to do some magic and give you the characters? maybe you didn't know but epvp didn't transfer the characters WEBZEN did. Good luck tho i hope you get your characters back.

i think you all got me wrong , i mean i need an answer like "you did wrong this . . . and thats why you got no characters ... " i mean i dont find the logic ! i had 12 chars but just 9 remained and not even enough slots for all 12 chars o0 ? this should be the problem ? there is nowhere written on FAQ from webzen what happens if we have more than 9 chars

Noone know cause and solution.
If chars wasn't transfered - it's obvious WZ fail, so this forum is last place to look for answer

You have:

section.
You can sent ticket.
You can talk with volunteer.

Here we can only guess and create conspiracy theories.

Because scrolling down server list is smart? When its obvious that all server appear regardless that you have char on it or not?
For someone who have 5 year of archlord experience...

Anyway, how do you create a toon on a new world if it don't appear...

Man, i don't mean to be rude, but you are kinda criticising the answer of most people while there likely were really little chance that they though it could be the problem...
