URGENT! My 32 perma inventory is gone!

any one know why this is ? i bought it last night and i had all my stuff inside. When i logged in today it was gone its not in my chantra bag. Any one else got this problem?

Last night was patch and ofc webzen fcked up smt again so send Ticket to them

Got the same problem before. So i sent a ticker and the folowing day i saw i had it again. so dunno if they fixed it or it just was a bug that day.

they cant fiz this problem becouse i hawe that same and i sended ticket they answeared sory we fixed but we cant giwe back items. Good there was just potions my luck
