Well, i looked a bit into the ini files, and no there is no fearless to be found. The ini's are up to date because hestia is in the files.
So if you ask me, no it can't be created

Hum can you try to add it on this ini ? And the best coule be if someone got ini from mysterious server maybe you can put the exact ini from swagger and fearless

this totaly depends, if they deleted the file from the client but didn't on the actual server it might work, but if its also deleted from the server it won't

The fact that some people are using fearless neck, doesn t it mean that the file is till in the actual server?

The item itself is still there yes, but that doesn't mean the combination has to be there.
