backup needed or can i just use it without any reason? - i mean like the trade client . i wasnt able to move i just can trade . so is this the same?

You can trade chantra items with it that doesent have "bound" or "event item" writen on.

Only 1 way is to trade bound item without scroll...........

thats mean : you can trade event + bound item , can refine fearless etc , because when you change some ini it just affect the screen in game and not the REAL information which is stuck on Wz server.
