because you need other skill points for Heroic

sorry but i tink its not a good build the passive suck lets say its not the build i want

for lv 99 its nice but you need to restet it when your 115 + you dont have anny sp left for hh skils then

and with sum you can make lot of builds but most are

old skil build ( bad tink is lot of skils will mis )
hh build ( nice dmg but you will get problems with mana )

I know that build i made ( took me 30sec) will had to be reseted at higher lvl

I can make one for lv120 tho, but it's based on maxing out each statistic, like 80% dodge, 80% res, 80% block 80% skill block & 70% HH resi, so depends on what gear you have...
