It is the same spot you used to enter the battle square before. Not sure on the exact locations but they are only in the main towns at a portal.

Tullans portal I think was by the guild battle square

Trills was on the far north I think.

all the same portals that you enter ice from ( supposed to be anyways )

totally wrong. i have been playing in battle square in Korea verison portal is only located in native town (Norine, Gloudo, Anchor Vill).
it contains 6 floors for different lvl rank.
every 2 hours boss will be summoned which drops different types of items such as Realm Weapon, Combined stone material, new ring/neck with random slots.
1. 20-30
2. 31-40
3. 41-50
4. 51-60
5. 61-70
6. 71-78 or 80
No Entery for Higher/Lower Lvl.

well the old battle square you were able to enter through the ice portals in the main towns.Sorry I do not play Korean version of the game. If I was wrong I was wrong. but no matter I was still right because I was referring to the old method of entry. I also know you can enter in the other towns you mentioned as well.

I remember being able to use the battle square to travel from tullan to anchorvile or vise versa instead of using portals. And since you have been playing the korean version how come you have said F all when people have asked for help to play it.

it should be 16% i think, if its +1% each 10lvls
78+ - 12%
81+ - 13%
91+ - 14%
101+ - 15%
111+ - 16%

WZ logic is: you need a new toon = $$$, you need to pvp there for spot = $$$, your 120 toon is useless without those new weaps more $$$, you get the point now?
