is it still possible to glitch ur Rings of Constitution from 10 to 20% HP boost?
if yes anyone know what to do?

Yes, it still works. Just mail it to yourself. If your name begins with a number though, mail it to a friend or an alt toon of yours.

i am at the office at the moment so sry if the question is stupid but will the ring information change to 20% then or do i only see it at the HP bar ? i mean the difference between 10 and 20%

You will notice it in the hp bar.
