i think its pretty good, the dmg and ele dmg, keep in mind its a Unique weapon, and its better then some of the elite weapons with +1 u see in AH.

1scroll+gold is probably right maybe lower, low dmg compared to the elite wands and half stoned. Maybe someone would buy it for a buff wand.

just put it in the Auction house... alot easier for stuff like this.
