Ashlings XML Quest Waypoint Updater lvl 0-80

This is a 0-80 Level updater
for you xml files go's hand in hand with the guide for quest lvling

This go's right with the Ashlings guide for power lvling
0-80

Once you update the files your good

You don't need to keep the program running.

It will update the quest points. and NPC locations etc.

This was created before yamirs!
