Just do dreadgion runs you noob.
I gain 5k+ abyss points per run.
Also, do the fort instances.
Treasure boxes drop items that you can trade to NPCs for 1.2k AP minimum.
The biggest reward ive collected from them was a greater goblet that gave me 3.6k AP.
TL;DR Learn to play.
