If I click on Giax it says:
A Guardian Centurion in Theobomos. You cannot meet him now because he is in an undisclosed region.

what the hell does it mean with "undisclosed region"

It's still Open Beta - max level is 45 so propably lvl45 quests doesnt work.

its been retail since over a month just because they still have some free servers doesnt mean its beta

Im not certain if it is Retail already.

According to "weird" Chinese behaviour i think that as long as ANY region is in OB phase then whole "project" (Aion) is in OB aswell.

It's just my thought.

It´s already retail ....
Maybe just the new Region is handled as a Beta server, but I honestly don´t think it is ..

You need wait for the patch 1.2 they need add new areas and dungeons.
