One more Error Message

Sry if it was mentioned allready here, but i didn't find the exactly same error in former topics. I get this msg when i double klick on the PlayNCLauncher.exe in the ÓÀºãÖ®Ëþ folder.

i had it too try the launcher on your desktop

I cant create a character, I think its because my characters name is not in korean/englisch. pls help me, how to make it in other languages ? I tried the windows function but if I switch to Aion window I only can type with common letters (like now). help meeeeeee

You can type it in real normal letters.. maybe your name is just taken.

Solution: Just reinstalled it. Patching right now
