What sort of buff?
Carnival Buff, or random GM server buffs?

I've been in-game since 1500HRS (Thailand) as you listed, and haven't got any buffs and its now 1608HRS (Sat) Thailand.
Have you got your times right?

10pm GM+10 australias time
and 7pm and 10 pm on weekends
