This really could become the rescue of 9Dragons. I like the idea of a strong, peaceful and cohesive community and an attentive staff.

I'm a skilled c++ and c# programmer. I'd be honored to contribute to the formation of this server.

Once the website and forum board is live, the players will choose what they want. There will be public polls for features and rates that the players will vote on. We are not going to dictate anything.

The main problem with IM, not every single person in the server can afford to buy anything which makes it unfair when players can spend hundreds of dollars on things and other players cannot. To combat this communal imbalance, one solution would be to give away everything in the item mall and nobody would have to pay. If the player wanted to, they could give a donation for the items as little or high as they like. Exactly like humble bundle.

That is one suggestion and the item mall feature is something that needs to be considered in much fiber detail.

The server will take time but once we agree on some things, the domain will vs purchased and a development blog will be introduced for players to see the updates regularly.

Nice idea about the IM, but server won't last forever with that. It's better to make cheap IM and/or make tournaments where rewards will be item/IM currency. I think that would do a thing.

I wish that server will be better than all these so-called privs already created.
