They don't take any responsibility for hacks/scams and they won't help you if you don't have any evidence (screenshots/video).
Instead of sending them to any Play9D Staffs member, go on forum and make a topic in Rulebreakers section.
Also what adek said is true, it's your own responsibility and Play9D will NOT restore your items/characters.
