@ you cant get quest epis if you dont have enough level or you can see that quest appear ! the best way to use Heaven-expert is creat a char with emty name !

He (Mircea) told the truth. He has a full list of quests in 9Disciple, then you are spamming here.

OnTOpic: When I used some killers from Icy, I bugged 'em. I prefer to use BS Dungeon Heaven-Expert, and on PS1 char do all killers in Icy - you can get BD weapons and BEs, too.
