Charakter bug..

Hallo Leute, habe ein Problem und zwar verschieben sich bei mir die Charakter ständig auf ein anderen Account Sprich ich habe ein Charakter erstellt aber er ist dann immer auf ein neu erstellten Charakter.. weiß jemand wo das Problem sein könnnte?

The characters he creates are moving to different accounts.

Having a problem and while I'm constantly moving the character to another account I've created a character but he's always on a newly created character .. Does anybody know where the problem might be?
