domains free `localhost`
1.Download xampp
2.Install xampp
3.click folder xampp>htdocs
4.Add site register
5.click windows>System32>drivers>etc>hosts
6.Copy file `hosts` desktop
7.Edit with notepad++
8.Add 127.0.0.1
add 127.0.0.1 `domains ex
