I do not think there is any solution to avoid lag. try to host it on a dedicated host server so you will not have lag.

in my previus server i was using my normal ip not hamachi and i could have 50 online members without lag but when i try hamachi i can have only 10 online members then no one can move it take 10 seconds to see the others player moving

I do not know what to say ... I think the best idea is to close the server and to raise money for the host
